The longer the equipment runs, the more obvious the need for energy saving is. The central air conditioner is always on, and the compressor needs to be continuously injected with circulating water to ensure the cooling effect, so the energy consumption level of the circulating water pump is crucial. In the first half of this year, after detailed planning, on-site data analysis, actual demonstration and verification, Ruizhi Refrigeration plans to use 15kW PanGood’s axial magnetic flux electric drive circulating water pump to replace the original old equipment for energy-saving transformation.
After the on-site construction and commissioning were completed, the new PanGood’s water pump was put into use in April. Starting from June 1, Ruizhi Refrigeration set up a separate meter for the modified water pump to conduct power consumption statistics and energy-saving effect analysis.
Data collection and statistics show that from June 1 to June 27, in the same period and with the same use effect, the total operating time of PanGood's 15kW circulating water pump was 618.17 hours, and the total power consumption was 6019.78 kWh. "For the old water pump, we have always counted the power consumption. In the same period, the energy saving rate of the new water pump compared with the old water pump reached 38%. Therefore, the actual effect of PanGood's circulating water pump is very good, which is better than our expectations."
According to the local industrial electricity price of 0.76 yuan/kWh and the annual operation of each water pump for 7,600 hours, PanGood’s 15kW circulating water pump is expected to save Ruizhi Refrigeration more than 34,000 yuan in electricity costs per year. "Although the weather in June and December is different, and the power saving effect will also be different, we believe that PanGood’s water pump is still more energy-saving than ordinary water pumps. Moreover, it has been running for more than half a year since it was installed, and there have been no malfunctions or problems. The product quality is also very good. This provides a very good model and reference for our company to build a green factory and low-carbon transformation and development."
