On November 6, the 2024 Bologna Agricultural and Gardening Machinery Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as "EIMA") opened in Bologna. As one of the world's three largest agricultural machinery exhibitions, EIMA has made significant contributions to promoting the development of the global agricultural machinery industry and occupies a pivotal position in the world's agricultural machinery industry. The exhibition is held every two years and is a professional platform for the display of advanced agricultural technologies around the world.

As the world embraces carbon neutrality, the agricultural machinery industry is beginning to run into the electric era. As one of the key core components, electric agricultural machinery requires the drive motor to have multiple characteristics such as high power, large starting torque, high efficiency, strong dynamic braking and high energy feedback; on the other hand, from a technical point of view, compared with radial flux motors of the same power, axial flux motors have higher torque density, smaller weight and volume, and a larger high-efficiency range, so they have very obvious value advantages in the field of agricultural machinery.

During the exhibition, agricultural machinery and garden machinery manufacturers from all over the world showed great interest in innovative axial flux motors and electric drives. A local European manufacturer said, "This new drive motor is more than 50% smaller in size and weight than ordinary motors, with double the power in the same space, low noise, and a large high-efficiency range.
